Entertainment: Live Band featuring: Edwin Ortiz Y La Mafia La Guaguanco. We're happy to announce: that Wendy Chang, a professional photographer, will be joining us again to take pictures for our party. 
Dance Demonstrations: Cecilia Villalolobos y Salsa Fuego Dance Co., y DC Bachata On Fire, and Helena Mambotera and Stephen Jackson, will be performing.
DJ'S: Dola and Mambosoul will be the DJ"S, in the main ballroom. Bachata will be played in the: Regency Ballrom with: DJ'S Sensual Sound and Killer Joe. .
Reception, Socialize, and Registration: 7-7:30pm. Introductory Salsa and Bachata Classes from 7:30pm to 8:15pm  
Plated Dinner DINNER STARTS PROMPTLY AT 8:30PM AND ENDS AT: 9:30PM. PLEASE BE ON TIME. Menu: Starter:  Twinbrook-Mixed greens, roma tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, pesto, with balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner-entree: Chicken & Shrimp, asparagus, carrots, garlic mashed potateos, and assortment of coffee and tea, including decaf. coffee. 
Dessert: Warm Apple Berry Tart. 
Ticket Prices:  At the Door on December 31, 2023, are: $130.00, per person. You cannot puchase online after 3pm, on December 31, 2023, you'll have to come to the hotel, and go to the Plaza Ballroom, by 7pm to purchase your ticket, at the door. 
Ticket prices includes: a reserved seat, at a reserved table, with party favors, a beginner salsa and bachata class, before the dancing starts, free champagne, for the  new year toast, dancing to the live music, a separate room for bachata, and DJ'S music when the band takes a break. Purchase your reduced tickets prices now, you cannot purchase online after 3pm. You can purchase tickets, online, before 3pm, at: www.dcticketcharge.com.
Rooms: $129.00, a night. When you book a room, you'll receive two complimentary breakfast tickets, for the next morning breakfast. The hotel's rate, and the complimentary breakfast tickets, you get when you purchase your tickets, are only for those that purchase tickets, for our party. When you call to book a room, you must give them this code: DSNY. When you give it to them, you'll get the special room rate, $129.00, per room, with two complimentary breakfast coupons for breakfast, the next morning.  
Ballroom Tables: The main ballroom table seats 10 people. When you purchase your ticket(s), you'll be sitting with other people unless you purchase an entire table. When you purchase your ticket(s), please give us your email address, and we'll send you a diagram, for you to select your table.
